Tender Mercies meets Fried Green Tomatoes

Terry, an alcoholic singer/songwriter struggles in the early Seattle grunge scene until he finds out he has leukemia and meets his future wife Bridgette, all in the same day. It tells the story of  how he returns to his family ranch in Montana with his wife to find his grand-daddy's gold and to prepare for the birth of their son and his eminent death.
